Hey!

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Fuwture (fuwture.com), which runs the Hey! app. By using Hey! you agree to them.

1. Who can use Hey!

You must be 18 or older and give true details when you sign up. One account per person. Keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens on your account.

2. Hey! is a meeting place

Hey! connects buyers with local sellers and service providers. Sales and services are agreed directly between users. We are not a party to them, do not own or check the goods, and do not handle payments — UPI and cash payments go straight to the seller. Check what you buy before you pay.

3. Selling and posting

4. Help, SOS and ambulances

Hey! is not an emergency service. “Find closest ambulance” and other help features pass your request and location to independent providers who are on duty nearby; we cannot promise anyone will accept or how fast they arrive. In an emergency always call 108 or 112 as well. Providers are responsible for their own licences, vehicles, staff, charges and conduct.

5. Verification and plans

We may ask businesses for documents and approve, limit or remove them. The free period, daily limits and paid plans are shown in the app; paid plans renew only if you choose to pay again. A Verified badge means we checked the business’s details — not that we guarantee its products or services.

6. Be respectful

No harassment, spam, fake reviews, fake accounts, false emergency requests, or attempts to misuse other people’s data. False SOS requests may lead to your account being blocked and reported.

7. Removing content and accounts

We may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time (how).

8. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from deals or services between users, from help requests that are not answered, or from the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. These terms follow the laws of India; courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction.
